The largest package of professional AI headshots we sell includes 200 headshots–but not every photo is perfect.

In fact, just like a traditional photoshoot in real life, most photos won't be keepers–but you know best. We show you ALL your results so you can separate the keepers from the duds.

With that in mind, purchasing AI headshots through HeadshotPro is still 100% risk-free thanks to our **profile-worthy promise: **if you don't find at least 1 profile-worthy headshot in your order, you'll get a full 100% refund.

If you didn't download any photos from your order, an automatic refund can be processed within 14 days of purchase via this link here. If you run into any problems during the refund process, please contact support@headshotpro.com and we’ll get you sorted out.

What steps do I have to complete after paying?

Getting your professional headshots from HeadshotPro is simple:

Submit your input photos
Wait for us to email you when your headshots are done

Here are the steps you need to complete after choosing and paying for your AI headshots at HeadshotPro:

Submit your input photos

Option 1: Complete a guided photoshoot (recommended, takes 4-5 minutes)
Option 2: Upload 15 photos of yourself that you have handy (takes 10-15 minutes)

Wherever possible, we strongly recommend option 1: the "Capture selfies with your phone" option. It's much faster than uploading existing photos!

If you choose this option, all you need to do is scan the QR code we show on screen and follow the instructions shown on your phone. In ~5 minutes, your photos will be submitted your work will be completely done.

If you choose Option 2, where you upload existing photos of yourself, we do require 15 photos. We've found this number is necessary to create professional AI headshots that meet our standards in terms of realism and photo quality.

Wait for us to email you when your headshots are done

Your completed headshots should be done within 2 hours or less from the time you submit your input photos.

We'll usually email you to let you know your headshots are done. If you don't hear from us within 2-3 hours, go ahead and check https://headshotpro.com/app to see if your headshots are done.

Do I have to upload 15 selfies to use HeadshotPro?

In case you didn't know, this is how HeadshotPro works:

Upload selfies of yourself to the platform (5-10 minutes)
An AI model studies your photos to learn about your appearance (no action required)
Professional headshots are created from scratch by the AI, using its knowledge of your appearance learned from the previous step

We refer to the photos you upload to the HeadshotPro platform as input photos.

How to upload your photos to HeadshotPro:

What do you do with the photos I upload to HeadshotPro?

We use the photos you upload to HeadshotPro for one reason: to train an AI model to understand what you look like, in order to create your headshots.

You own your AI headshots We are an independently owned company that takes privacy seriously. We never sell your photos. You have full commercial rights and ownership of your photos - use them however you want.

Your details are deleted in 30 days or less All input photos are deleted after 7 days. All AI headshots are deleted after 30 days.

Can I preview my headshots before I pay?

Because HeadshotPro uses the very latest AI technology, we must pay upfront for every photo we create for our customers.

Long story short, this is why we require payment before you see your headshots: because if we don't pay to create your photos, your photos don't exist!

Could you just add a watermark to allow me to preview my headshots before paying?

Whether there's a watermark or not, we're still responsible for paying our technology providers. They don't care if it's a "preview" or the real thing, they charge us the same per photo rate.

That's why HeadshotPro decided to focus on a customer-friendly refund policy instead 🙂

You'll find most similar services will require payment upfront. In fact, it's a telltale sign a company is NOT using the very latest AI, if they don't require payment upfront!

What does the entire process look like for your Team Leader?

Purchase a Team package
Choose the clothing/background styles your team is allowed to use
Invite your team members to join via email, or join URL

And from the perspective of each employee/team member?

Team member accepts the invite sent to their email (or via join URL) shared by their Team Leader
Team member selects their clothing and backdrop combinations from the pool of allowed styles selected by their Team Leader
Team member uploads their selfies by conducting a guided photoshoot on the spot (recommended) or by uploading existing selfies they've already taken
80 professional headshots will be created within 2 hours or less from the previous step, team member will be notified via email once they're ready for review
Team member selects their favorite "keeper" photos, completing the process!
